EndoCeutics is a private bio-pharma company operating in the field of women’s health and is focused on developing non-estrogen-based therapies for Vaginal Atrophy, Sexual Dysfunction and other problems of menopause, as well as hormone therapy for Breast Cancer.

Three Phase III product are under final stage of development and candidates addressing large market opportunities and unmet medical needs:

• Lead product, Vaginorm™ (DHEA -DeHydroEpiAndrosterone) for Vaginal Atrophy and Sexual Dysfunction
• Femivia™ (DHEA + Acolbifene) for oral treatment of the other problems of menopause, including osteoporosis, and prevention of breast cancer
• Acolbifene for treatment and prevention of breast cancer

The company was established in 2006 as the late-stage development and commercialization
vehicle for EndoResearch Inc. EndoCeutics is based in Quebec City, Canada.
